Fake aquariums are really fun and beautiful. You can make one yourself. First, use a round or hexagon shape 1 to 5 gallon tanks for best results. Try to use fine colored gravel and not coarse gravel. Next, bury large round airstone connected to an airpump under the gravel. Fill halfway with water and throw in artificial fish. The fake fish should start swimming. You can put cool fake aquarium decorations and plants in the tank, but the fish will get stuck sometimes and you need to adjust things so the fish can swim more freely. Have lots of patience...It's Fun. A five gallon tank will requir one of more underwater pumps to move the water enough enabling the fish to swim. (Same pumps as the ones found in fountains.) This kind of aquarium is cool with just a little airstone if you want to. Fake aquariums are beautiful and fun to make and watch...no mess...no feeding...and no dead fish with all the fun.
Fake aquariums are great for someone who loves fish and the light, but doesn't have time to actually keep an aquarium.
